Andy Horner: Andy has been shooting and running pistol and 3-Gun Matches for the last 6 years. He has run the VIR Regional IDPA Match for the last four years, and has served as a Range Officer at many major matches such as Fort Benning 3-Gun Challenge and the STI/American Handgunner World Shootoffs.  Andy is a “mostly” retired veterinarian.

Mike Oberman: Mike has a wealth of experience in match administration. He began as Match Director for Boulder IPSC in 1987, and was Match director for the Colorado State IPSC Championship in 1990. He went on to found the Clear Creek Practical Shooters in Idaho Springs Colorado in 1991.  That same year he co-founded the Mile High Showdown Championship, and was Rangemaster at the 1st Mile High. Mike transferred  to Virginia/ North Carolina in 1995, becoming active in local IDPA in 1997.  He was Rangemaster  for the NC State IDPA  Championships in 1998/1999.  In 2000 he co-founded the most popular IDPA Championship Match in the US, "The Carolina Cup," serving as Rangemaster the first three years, and as the Assistant Match Director for the last 5 years.  In 2003 Mike revived and took over the duties  as Match Director for the Carolina Tactical Invitational 3 Gun, "CTI,"  a match founded by Jim Smith and Oscar Dean in 1991.  It is now one of the most popular 3 gun matches on the eastern seaboard. He has officiated at the DPMS Tri-Gun Challenge as well as The Ft. Benning 3 Gun Challenge. He has been Rangemaster and Assistant Match Director at The Range in Oxford North Carolina since 1998. Mike is a retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer and Firearms Instructor and currently resides in southern Virginia.

Zig Hensley:  Zig has been shooting for over thirty years and helping run matches for over four years. He has assisted with the Virginia Indoor Regional IDPA matches for four years, and assisted the Tactical Shooting Association with its first Street Gun Nationals.  While in the service he trained naval law enforcement and had various other law enforcement duties.  Zig is a disabled veteran and  currently a gunsmith and firearms instructor residing in Southern Virginia

Tammi Horner:  Tammi has been shooting since hunting with her father as a child.  She has listened to way too many conversations about shooting over the years since her son Daniel began shooting competitively.  Tammi has assisted in scoring matches off and on since 2001, and has competed on a few occasions.  She is a nurse and former homeschool mom.
